Spice mix to prepare Indonesian vegetable dish with coconut milk for about 4 to 6 persons.
Requirements: green beans, possibly young jackfruit (nangka muda), tofu (tofu) about 300g and 400ml coconut milk. You can possibly substitute other vegetables such as carrot for tofu or jackfruit.
1 Heat the contents of a package of Finna bumbu lodeh in a pan and add the ready vegetables and vegetarian products.
2 Add about 400 ml coconut milk, stir well.
3 Cook over low heat until the green beans are al dente. Serve warm.
Ingredients: shallots, salt, chili, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, galangal, kemiri, coriander, bay leaf.
