Why don’t we offer free shipping?
Our carriers also charge shipping costs to tokogembira.nl. These costs have to be covered somehow. Many online stores that offer “free shipping” simply include these costs in their product prices. This may look like there are no shipping fees, but in the end customers still pay for them through higher prices.
We prefer to be open and transparent. By charging a fair contribution towards shipping costs, we can keep our product prices competitive and make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Our orders will be sent by the parcel company PostNL.
Due to the new European packaging regulations (PPWR), which introduce additional requirements for shipments to other EU countries as of 12 August 2026, it is unfortunately no longer feasible for us to ship orders outside the Netherlands.
Therefore, from 12 August 2026 onwards, we will only ship within the Netherlands.

Delivery service
Our orders will be sent by PostNL. Due these parcel company's network we can easily deliver to nearly all areas within the Netherlands & European countries quickly and reliable. Deliveries for the Islands can possibly encounter a slight delay. PostNL is maximum weight of 23kg. Your package will be send at your own risk, but special care is taken to protecht fragile items.
Delivery times
Orders placed from Tuesday till Friday will be shipped between 3-5 business days in the Netherlands if the products are in stock.
Sadly there is sporadically a possibility that target of 3 till 6 work days delivery cannot be fulfilled. No rights can be derived in such occasion.
Order during the weekend, not on business days, holidays and national days
Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, holidays and black friday days will be handled on the first following business day and will be delivered on the following business day. Please take this in to consideration when placing an order.
Additional cost
In relation to the weight more than 10kg products, we can charge extra shipping cost in the price; our parcel offset additional costs incurred by the heavy weight, unfortunately, we charge extra. See our terms and conditions.
