At Toko Gembira you have the right to return your order without stating a reason to us within 14 days. To do so you should fill in the returns form download. This form can be added to your return printed or sent digitally. Once the form has been filled in you have 14 days to return the product(s) from that date. The costs accompanying the return are on the behalf of the consumer.
Articles that cannot return:
- Articles that cannot return items not in their original condition and / or packaging.
- Items that have been used
- Items that are fresh & frozen
