Thai Panang curry paste.
This curry paste is made from only natural ingredients.
Ingredients: 50 grams of curry paste, 400 ml of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 400 grams of fish/meat/chicken.
Preparation method (for 2 persons):
1. Stir-fry the pasta with 200 ml coconut milk until smooth.
2. Add the meat and the rest of the coconut milk. Let it cook until the meat is soft and cooked.
3. Add some fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Add some lemon leaves and serve warm with, for example, Jasmine rice.
