Tajin is a blend of dried lime, salt and chili peppers (a combination of chili peppers de arbol, guajillo and pasillo). Super popular in America and Mexico. Tastes very good with fruit, vegetables, chips, burgers, cocktails, marinades, BBQ etc.
In our opinion it tastes better than the herbal Takis Fuego. You can also create your own takis chips or variants.

Ingredients: Mixture 3 peppers, sea salt, citric acid (E330), hydrated lemon juice and 0.5% silicon dioxide (E551) as an anti-caking agent.
