Showa Karaage Mix Garlic Shoyu are authentic Japanese powder mix for preparing a crispy and juicy karaage with garlic and soy sauce flavour.
Preparation:
1. Mix one sachet of Karaage Mix (80g) with 80ml of water to make a batter.
2. Cut 400g - 500g chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces and stir into the batter.
3. Deep-fry the meat at 160-170°C for about 3 minutes until crispy brown.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, starch, salt, garlic powder, SOY sauce powder (SOYBEAN), glucose, sugar, black pepper, onion powder, yeast extract powder / modified starch, monosodium glutamate (E621), baking powder, emulsifier [lecithin (SOYBEAN)) (E322)], paprika color ( E160c).
