ingredients:
Soya oil, onion, lemongrass, galangal, sugar, chili powder (7%), water, garlic, salt, ginger, lime leaf, turmeric leaf, flavor enhancer (E621), tamarind, thickener (E1414), fennel, cinnamon.
Preparation instructions:
Add 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste, 1.5 kg chicken pieces and 2 potatoes (cut into wedges) to the wok. Mix and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add 250ml to 500ml of water and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, or until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
Add 200 ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to the boil. Serve warm.
