Instructions:

Sprinkle evenly over the pork / chicken. Mix well for at least 5 minutes. For better results, let stand for 1 hour.
Place the meat in a pan and pour in just enough water to cover it. Cook over medium heat until the fat has melted, then fry in its own fat.
