Kong Hin Chinese wok sauce szechuan (sambal wild peppercorns) / stir fry sauce szechuan. Wok at home just as quickly and tasty as in a wok restaurant.
Preparation method for 2-3 persons:
Add yourself: 250 grams of sliced meat (chicken, pork or beef), white fish fillet or tofu and 250 grams of sliced mixed vegetables (eg leek, onion, carrot, white cabbage, bean sprouts).
