Thai coconut soup with galangal herbs, lemongrass and other spices.
Bring 250 ml of coconut milk to a boil. Add 500 g of chicken breast and the contents of this package. Simmer until the meat is cooked through. Add 500 ml of water and bring to a simmer. Add another 250 ml of coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.
