Directions for a 240g pack (12 servings): Dice 900-1350g lean meat (beef, chicken, lamb, or shrimp) and finely chop 4 onions. In a large skillet, cook and stir the meat and onions in the oil until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. If you have a house vegetable, add carrots, celery, bell peppers, or other vegetables. Then add 1400ml water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the meat is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
