Jahe balm is a liniment balm, it makes your skin warm. Jahe balm provides a signature warmth and helps relieve muscle stiffness. This balm is used to reduce muscle pain, back pain, joints and pain in the body part.
Directions for use: rub and apply to the area of the body that hurts.
Do not apply this balm directly under the nostrils, on wound, eye / eyelids and other muscle membranes (mucous membranes). For those who have never used this, try it in a small amount first, (safely) adding more balm as needed.
Apply enough balm, rub or massage it in gently. Apply it on the parts of the body, for sensitive body parts like neck, chest, don't apply this balm as much as the other body parts like the skin, leg and arm.
