Soursop tea is derived from the serrated leaves of a plant in the Annonaceae family, native to Central America, the Caribbean islands, and Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. In addition to drinking soursop leaves as a tea to alleviate certain physical ailments, there are traditionally several other uses, such as bathing or being filled into a pillow to treat insomnia, nervousness, and depression.
Add 150cc of boiled water to the tea bag. Let it steep for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Add honey or sugar to taste, if desired. Drink the tea twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon.
