Mama Sita's Breading Mix is made of delicious herbs to season your meat or chicken with Filipino style. The mix provides a crispy layer and makes the dish even more delicious. Easy to use.

Preparation:
Scoop the contents of one bag onto a plate (add an egg if desired).
Add 500 grams of chicken and let it soak
Heat the oil to 175°C and fry the chicken.
Fry the chicken in small batches for about 10-15 minutes.
Drain and serve with sweet and sour chili sauce.

Ingredients:

Modified corn starch, corn starch, flavour enhancers E621, E631, E627, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, rice flour, black pepper, oregano powder.
