Preparation method: Cut the meat or chicken into pieces. Sauté 1 finely chopped onion in some oil, then add the Boemboe Roedjak. Lightly sauté the meat or chicken. Then add 4 cups of water. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Add salt to taste.
