Bamboo Sweet Rice Box Ø 13 cm

Traditional sticky rice is made in a traditional bamboo steamer basket. You typically place the sticky rice on top of a banana leaf in the basket to prevent it from sticking, but you can also steam it directly in the basket. Fill the basket with glutinous/ketan rice and place it over a pot of boiling water. After about 20-25 minutes of steaming, you'll have deliciously fragrant sticky rice!
