Martabak manis is a popular cake in Indonesia. It is a thick pancake filled with traditional filling of chocolate sprinkles, ground peanuts, condensed milk or grated cheese, and condensed milk. It is also served in other Asia countries under different names and varies with various ingredients and fillings.

You can also use with other fillings for the martabak manis such as other pieces of chocolate toblerone or m & m's. For the variation you can also add pandan paste in the martabak batter so that it gets a green color and pandan flavor.
