Ketjap Pasar is a sweet (with melado) Indonesian soy sauce produced from naturally brewed soy sauce. The soybeans are fermented through an authentic natural process that takes months and processed into soy sauce. Seasoning for Asian dishes.
Due to the use of melado , the taste of this soy sauce is extra deliciously sweet and extra thick. You can also eat it as a dipping sauce with sambal (asli) with an Indonesian dish or snack.
Ketjap Pasar is:
