Obento Soba Noodles are made from buckwheat and wheat flour. They are traditionally served cold, but can also be used in soup or wok dishes. These soba are pre-cooked so that you can prepare it faster.
Ingredients: Water, Wheat Flour, Thickener (E1442), Wheat Gluten, Toasted Buckwheat Flour, Salt, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Stabilizer (E422, E450ii), Emulsifier (E322 (Soy), E475), Acidity Regulator (E270, E2601, E325, E501) ), Color (E150d), Thickener (E405).
Preparation: Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add 1 packet of Obento Soba Noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
