With this lemon sauce you can give a delicious and fresh taste to your fried meat or chicken dish. Without flavor enhancers, preservatives or artificial colors
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, lactose, brown sugar, pickled lemons 5% (lemon, salt, food acid E330), modified tapioca starch, acidity regulator (E296), salt.
Recipe chicken lemon.
Ingredients for 3 persons:
1 packet of lemon sauce for lemon chicken
2 tbsp water
450 g chicken fillet cut into cubes
1 egg beaten
½ cup (125 g) of cornmeal
oil for frying
lemon slices or spring onions for garnish
Preparation :
Swirl the chicken meat in the beaten egg. Place the meat with the flour in a plastic bag and shake until the flour is evenly distributed over the meat.
Fry or fry the meat in the oil and set it aside.
Mix the sauce with the water and pour over the meat. Garnish and serve.
