Jongga Japchae Korean Instant Glass Noodles. It contains mung bean noodles, with authentic sauce and sesame oil to prepare the delicious Korean Japchae noodles in minutes.
Prepare:
1) Add glass noodles to 200ml of boiling water in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes. 2) Add Japchae sauce to the pan and stir fry for 30 sec. 3) Add ingredients (not included) you like: beef, carrots, leeks, paprika or sesame seeds. 4) Add sesame flavored oil according to your preference. 5) Mix well and serve.
Contains: Mung Bean Glass Noodles, Japchae Sauce, Sesame Flavored Oil.

-Vermicelli: starch from mung beans
-Sauce: water, SOY sauce [water, SOY beans, salt, WHEAT], glucose syrup, sugar, carrot, shiitake mushroom, black mushroom, fern (aka Gosari), garlic, onion, salt, flavor enhancer (E621), black pepper powder , flavor enhancer (E627, E631), thickener (E412), yeast extract powder.
-Sesame flavor oil: SESAME oil, SOYA oil, antioxidant (E306, from SOYA).
