• Bring 450 ml of water to a boil on a stove. Add a bunch of noodles and cook for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Turn off the heat and add a sachet of powdered soup. Stir through.
Serve in a large bowl. We recommend adding different toppings such as sliced pork, beni shoga ginger, green onions, kikurage mushrooms and sesame seeds.
