Absorbs broths and marinades, allowing simple flavorings to shine.
A versatile alternative to fresh tofu: offers more 'bite' and is less likely to fall apart
Suitable for both clear soups and stews
Instructions for use
Soak in warm water until the product is pliable; then simmer in soup or a hot pot until completely soft.
After soaking, cut into pieces and stir-fry together with vegetables and a sauce.
Add to stews so that the rolls can absorb the cooking liquid.
Mix the soaked pieces with sesame oil, soy sauce, and a little chili for a quick side dish.
Ingredients: soybeans (93%), water, antioxidant E223 (sulfite).
