This spice mix is for preparing Indonesian mi goreng or noodles with aceh style flavor from the brand Bango. Add noodles, fresh onions, garlic, possibly vegetables or chicken or seafood.
Saute the onion and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Enter the meat, shrimp and Bango Culinary Seasoning Noodle Aceh, cook until cooked through.
Add noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, tomatoes and water. Cook until the herbs absorb.
Add the onion and celery, mix well.
Serve immediately with vegetables.
Ingredients: shallots, vegetable oil, garlic, chili, coriander, ebi (shrimp powder), potato starch.
