Well-known noodle dish in Thailand. The Pad Thai consists of various spices, sauces, chicken or meat, fine peanuts, spring onions, bean sprouts and lime.
Use wide rice noodles with this spice mix for the great taste!
Ingredients: Sugar, soybean oil, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), garlic, sugared radish (radish, sugar), paprika, tamarind, salt, vinegar, acidity regulator E330.
Allergens: contains soy, fish.
Recipe Pad Thai noodles
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 packet of spice paste for Pad Thai noodles
3 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g peeled shrimps
1 egg, beaten
120 g dried rice vermicelli (cooked according to package instructions)
50 g fresh bean sprouts
2 tbsp peanuts
lemon pieces and chives or spring onions, in 2.5 cm pieces for garnish
fish sauce and a little sugar to taste
Preparation :
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the shrimps, stir fry for 1 min. Add the egg and stir fry for another minute.
Add the noodles, pasta and bean sprouts and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
Add peanuts. Garnish and serve hot.
