sajiku bumbu sayur asem 25gr ajinomoto Spices for preparing an Indonesian sweet and sour mix of vegetables soup dish. For about 2-3 people.
Ingredients: sugar, salt, brown sugar, flavor enhancers (monosodium, glutamat, disodium 5 inosinate & disodium 5 fuanilat), tamarind, condiment, shallots, citric acid acid regulator, chicken fat (with antioxidant Dl alpha-tocopherol), shrimp paste, red pepper, hydrolyzed soy proteins, natural flavors, paprika extract.
Preparation method:
1. Prepare vegetables for +/- 120 grams (corn, possibly melinjdo, raw peanuts pumpkin, possibly lentils, leaf melindjo) 1 piece of red chili ,. Cut to taste.
2. Boil 400m of water. add the corn, melinjo and peanuts, cook half done. Add the other vegetables.
3. Add sajuiku bumbu asem and mix well. Serve while it is warm.
