Indian spiced flour for preparing delicious crispy chicken in hot vegetable oil. It has the taste of Indian or Hindustani fried crispy chicken. There are 2 bags in the package. 1 pack can be prepared for 1.5 kg of chicken.
Ingredients:
1. Wheat Flour
2. Salt
3. Red chilli pepper
4. Cornstarch
5. Black Pepper
6. Green Chillies
7. Citric Acid
8. Carom seed
9. Cumin Seeds
Steps of cooking:
1. Mix lemon juice with 1 tsp National salt and rub the chicken pieces with it.
2. Cover and let marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
3. Fold the chicken pieces into Chicken Broast Masala Recipe and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Before re-frying, fold the chicken pieces into the remaining batter mixture.
5. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken on low heat until golden brown.
6. Delicious Broast is ready. Serve with fries and National Chili Garlic Sauce.
