Yaki Sushi Nori Roasted Laver
Yaki Nori are dried and roasted algae leaves (seaweed). These are mainly used for preparing sushi. Finely crumbled, the leaves can also serve very well as a herb with a subtle sea flavor for fish and seafood dishes. The thin leaves contain a lot of iodine and proteins and are delicious as maki with tasty filling and sushi rice.
