Directions for use: 1. Take 75 g of rice (per person), rinse under running water and place in a large pot of boiling water.
2. Stir and bring back to the boil, uncovered. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
3. Drain the water, cover and let stand for 3 minutes, fork lightly through the kernels and serve.
Cooking appliances vary and these instructions are given as a guideline. Make sure the rice is piping hot all over before serving. Do not warm up.
