At home, rice vermicelli cooks easily or added to soups and pairs well with all meats.
Instructions:
1. Put rice vermicelli in boiling water, stir frequently with chopsticks, cook for about 4 to 6 minutes.
2. Remove and rinse with water.
3. Leave for 5 minutes.
Usage:
For spring rolls, soup, hotpot, roll with rice paper
Ingredients: Rice flour, iodized salt, stabilizers (407, 500(i), 501(i)).
