Chinese Sugar is for preparing Surinamese pickles or sweet and sour vegetables with vinegar to give it sweet taste. Chinese sugar is also considered an artificial sweetener saccharin.
Preparation method pickles: 1/4 teaspoon chinese sugar, 35ml vinegar, 130ml water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 allspice grains, 2 cloves, 4 bay leaves, 1 red onion and 1 cucumber cut into pieces and bring everything together and leave for at least 1 hour moving in.
You can also boost ratio by adding more of the ingredients.
